Confidentiality is important for the Company, because the purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets, from unauthorized access and disclosure.

This Privacy Policy regulates any type of processing of personal data and personal information (any personally identifiable information and any other related information) about individuals who are consumers of the Company’s products or services.
This Policy applies to the processing of personal, personal data collected by any means, both active and passive, both via the Internet and without its use, from persons located anywhere in the world.
Collection of personal data
The purpose of processing personal data is to fulfill the Operator’s obligations to Users regarding the use of the Site and its services.

When you involve other people in our events and activities or invite them to communicate with us, the Company may collect personal data provided by you about these persons, such as: first name, last name, date of birth, postal address, email address and phone number.
When processing personal data, we ensure the accuracy of personal data, their sufficiency, and, if necessary, relevance in relation to the purposes of personal data processing.
Storage and use of personal data
Personal data of Users is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except in cases where non-automated processing of personal data is necessary in connection with compliance with legal requirements.
The personal data we collect allows us to send you notifications about new services, special offers and various events. They also help us improve our services, content and communications. Transfer of personal data
Personal data of Users is not transferred to any third parties, except in cases expressly provided for in these Rules.

The User agrees that the Operator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, etc., solely for the purposes specified in the section «Collection of personal data» of this Privacy Policy
At the user’s direction or with the user’s consent, it is possible to transfer the User’s personal data to third parties-the Operator’s contractors, subject to the acceptance by such contractors of obligations to ensure the confidentiality of the information received, in particular, when using applications.
Applications used by Users on the Site are hosted and maintained by third parties (developers) who act independently of the Operator and do not act on behalf of or on behalf of the Operator. Users are required to familiarize themselves with the rules for the provision of services and the personal data protection policy of such third parties (developers) before using the relevant applications.
The User’s personal data may be transferred at the request of the authorized state authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Operator blocks personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of the request or request of the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of identification of false personal data or illegal actions.
